At Homes and Housing the fee is 8% of the 1'st years rent.
Our minimum fee is 10.000 DKR + moms
If the property is not rented, there is no fee
There are no start up- or marketing fees.
The fee is payable only when the property is rented.
We additionally offer an Administration Service, which you can read more about below.

Fee + Vat
By accepting an Administration Service with Homes and Housing, We will make sure that your home is in a safe environment while you rent it out.
Rent Payments are transferred automatically between landlord and tenant. Should it however happen that the tenant does not pay the rent on time, we will handle the case and send reminders in accordance with the legislation.
If there is a problem with your home, the tenant will contact us. We will assess the extent of the problem, and take hold of you if needed. We agree in advance all conditions of this procedure.
We prepare both reports (including photographic documentation) and handle the review and the process of this.
At the inspection, we talk about the level of the rent, what type of tenant is desired and the commission is reviewed.
Commission agreement will be signed when you have decided for a partnership with Homes and Housing. As soon as we have received the signed agreement, we will start working on finding the right tenant for your property.
The property can be advertised and presentations of your property can begin.
When the right tenant is found, a lease will be sent to the tenant. The lease is approved by you before sending it to the tenant.
